Design Features：

n  Conform to API 682 Standard;

n  Metal bellows, balanced, rotary structure;

n  Mainly used as the inner seal and outer seal of unpressurized or pressurized FB combination (commonly known as tandem arrangement);

n  Precision lapping of the sealing ring has a high degree of smoothness and excellent flatness;

n  Single seal and dual seal arrangement can be adopted, but dual seal arrangement is adopted for higher safety (recommended);

n  Three curvature and 45 ° angle of special designs, can make the stress of the bellows better, longer life;

n  O-ring is used as auxiliary sealing ring;

n  Simple and reliable structure, easy to install and disassemble.

n  Shaft diameter: 20-150mm;

n  Temperature: -40℃- 200℃;

n  Pressure: vacuum ~ 2.0mpa (single layer), vacuum ~ 6.9mpa (double layer);

n  Speed: 0-25 m/s;

n  Media: aqueous solution, some acids or alkalis, chemical products and some corrosive media.

Suitable for petrochemical industry, chemical process, oil refining, waste water treatment, pulp and paper industry.
